Thank you Gateway

I received a call about my pets aftercare decisions from Gateway and they handled it so well. Kelli was really compassionate on the phone. She was also patient, and let me know that I could call if I had any further questions and what time she'd be there to respond. I really appreciated being treated so nicely during a really hard time. Thank you Gateway for providing such great service and for the beautiful urn I now have at home.

Gateway has always been there for us. They are so very professional and their services really help with the grieving process when we lost our cats. The urns are really nice and the paw prints are a very special reminder of our “cat crew”. We highly recommend their services, they have really provided us comfort!

We recently used their services for my best friend Holly. We had an amazing 10 years together and it was heartbreaking to let her go but I am very grateful with how respectful and caring the people at Gateway are. I had never had lost a pet before and this process made it easier for me. I am just happy Holly is finally home in a beautiful purple urn with her name on it and I couldnt be happier. Thank you so much for all that you do and for being there for our fuzzy friends in the most difficult times.

I was skeptical about cremation, how could I trust that we would get our beloved friend back. Our Winston, although a medium size breed had very large paws. When we received our fur baby's cremains back and I saw that footprint, I knew it was him. Our Winston was home. Thank you for bringing our Winston back home to us!

I have entrusted my two beloved cats to you for cremation. They were both treated with the greatest care I could have asked for. I loved them both with all my heart. Thumper passed first and there was no doubt he would be cremated to he could be with me even in death. Then recently his brother also passed and again I entrusted him to you to be cremated .
Never have I felt such gratitude.
You have brought my boys back home where they belong and will stay until the end of my time here.

We unexpectedly lost our cat Georgie and in the blur of the moment decided to have him cremated. When we arrived home we were very hesitant as we weren’t sure who would be doing it and what it would be like.

We looked up the company name and found out he would be cremated by Gateway. After further research we discovered that Gateway was a reputable company.

Upon receiving Georgie’s ashes we were blown away by the presentation. The urn is beautiful.. and his ashes were tied with a ribbon shaped like a heart. A certificate was included as well as his paw print.

We are so happy to have Georgie back home with us, and Gateway made that happen in the most perfect way possible..

We've had to use Gateway twice now and we couldn't appreciate your customer service any more. Yes, everything is handled by our vet, but I called to ensure a few things were looked after. The people at Gateway are very special and we thank you for your efforts. Entrusting our beloved to "strangers" to ensure they are brought back to us is difficult, but we know our fur babies are in good hands. We lost our precious girl, Raven on November 15th. The final decisions were so difficult - picking the urn, The pawprint colour. I didn’t even stop to notice who our vet entrusted with our baby girl after she had passed. To be honest, I didn’t want to know. I was hurting and my heart breaking. November 21 we brought our girl home & for the first time I saw who had handled her cremation. My heart immediately felt better knowing she was in such loving hands after we could no longer be there for her. Raven came back to us in no time, it’s like they knew we were longing to have her home. Thank you Gateway! Raven was treated like a princess until he final seconds and I have no doubt she was treated the same when she was in your care.

You did a beautiful job. The ashes are in a plastic bag in the solid metal urn. You even tied the bag with a gold ribbon and curled it in the shape of a heart. If I had not opened it to put her collar in I would not have known. We appreciate the care and speed with which you returned Pepper back to us. Thank you.
