We wish to thank Gateway for their compassion and dignity in handling the remains of our beloved 12 year old Eurasier. The caring thoughts proffered in the email correspondence was overwhelming. The chest bearing her ashes with Logan's name embossed on it gave us great comfort and we thank you immensely.

Never disappointed

I've used Gateway quite a number of times now. I just brought home my 15 year old kitty Drizzit. There's a comfort when you bring your animal home, even just the ashes. On a shelf I have a collection of animals lost, my oldest kitty lived to be almost 21. On the shelf now is 4 cats, a ferret and a dog; all were cremated by Gateway and I will certainly use them again in the future. Thank you for what you do.

We just received our sweet boy Tigger. This is our 3rd pet that has been cared for by you and we would not trust anyone else with our babies for their final resting place.
Tigger will now rest in peace and will forever be home again.

Amazing service

The people @ Gateway were so incredibly nice and kind and Noelle was my first dog ever, I picked the wrong urn the first time and you were so kind and patient in helping me to figure out the right urn for her. I have recommended Gateway already to a few people for when the time comes for their friend to leave and go to a better place. ( I imagine it to be) Thank you so much.
