Thanks to Gateway we celebrate Christmas with our little Jessie.
Missing you our little girl, your little stocking hangs on the fireplace.

It touched our hearts

Thank you for doing such a beautiful job on our precious dog paws. When we received the call from our vet office that our paw print had arrived, my heart sunk. I hadn't been at the vets since my final farewell to our dog, but when I went to pick it up and saw the beautiful package resting on a soft bed of shredded paper I felt touched to see my best friend. My eyes filled with joyful tears that Our Pokaroo, Our Duchess has returned home. I cannot express how much we love the paw print. It is a perfect color match to Duchess' favorite toy....the tennis ball. Although we opted not to keep her cremation, we felt the paw print would be a beautiful reminder and reflection of our dog. We couldn't be more happy with our choice. We know Duchess is resting peacefully and in great company. Thank you once again from the bottom of our hearts for one of the best keepsakes and memories of our best friend.

We wanted to take a minute to thank you very much for the work you do. Katie, our Golden Retriever was our baby and meant the world to us, to know she will be with us forever in her urn makes our 10 year journey together complete. We also liked the box and the shredded tissue that was included.

you made a difference

At such a difficult time in my life, it was so comforting to be able to spend time at Gateway for the final goodbye. The staff were so compassionate and understanding. They let us have all the time we needed with our precious Lucky Duck. I take my duck's ashes everywhere I go. It is so comforting.

Wonderful service

I have had three fur babies cremated by Gateway, and will use them in the future. When I lost my black kitty, Spooky after 17 years I knew I wanted a part of him to keep forever. He is in the wooden box urn. I lost a ferret who was 7 years due to a heart problem and he's in the blue urn. And when my 14 year old kitty passed she got cremated and I choose the beige urn. My oldest kitty now is 20 and I know when it's her time I plan to use Gateway again and choose the wooden box. My pets were all returned fairly quickly(within a week) and the certificate and everything just feels very professional.

With Our Deepest Thanks and Gratitude

Our girl Sheeka returned home to us yesterday, right where she belongs. We can't thank you enough for the peace of mind that you have given us in knowing that our family member was treated with dignity and respect. The way in which she was returned home in her beautiful urn with her name so carefully engraved on top, her paw print and with the special touch of the card you enclosed, we can tell that she was ever so carefully looked after. It means the world to us to know that she was cared for even after we could no longer be with her and thank you for that from the bottom of our hearts.

With me forever

I did a lot of research when the time came to say goodbye to my beloved kitty(s). Ming was sent to you and I choose the ceramic urn with the kitty on top. To my surprise my vet called asking to email a picture of her so you could paint the urn to match her! It was a comfort to me more than you'll ever know. Only two months later I had to say goodbye to her brother. This time I didn't buy an urn. There was enough room inside Ming's to nicely tuck Tai right beside her. They were litter mates in life for 16 years and now they rest together side by side where I can see them. Thank you for not treating them as just any other pet. They were my family and I truly appreciate your kindness and respect!!!!!??

Dear Gateway,

Throughout the life of our beloved dog Meggie we have always known what we wanted to happen to her at the time of her passing. We wanted her to have special individual care and needed to know she would be treated with dignity, respect and that she would come back home to us.

Unfortunately that time came last week. We were recommended to Gateway by our local vet. I am writing to tell you that your company excelled in all our wishes and that the service we received was exceptional, with our special personal thank you to your client care specialist. She made our very difficult time so much easier with her compassion and attention to our needs.

Thank you for helping make this whole process that one little bit easier

Shadow sadly left this world extremely sudden and unexpectedly. Waves of emotions constant for me over the last week. I was so happy when I contacted my vet and asked where Shadow would be taken, and am I ever glad I did. I was able email my questions and concerns, call and edit my requests for Shadow, and the lady I spoke with (I didn't catch her name) was one of the nicest most sincere people I had the pleasure to speak with. My heart feels lighter today as I know Shadow is in the best of hands and was treated as if she were their own. Thank you for helping make this whole process that one little bit easier. We are blessed to have a fair well place like here for our loved ones.

I want to say thank you to Gateway for the beautiful urn for my loving best friend patties and for the card that you sent to me when I had her returned. Please know that I will miss her and you all helped with that. In time maybe I can love another as much as I love her.
