2009 - 2019

We adopted Willow Jan 3, 2016 and right away she was a little spit-fire and whirl-wind; so much energy. She came to us a little portly but we quickly got her to an ideal weight and got her used to walking and eventually running for short spurts.
With no health concerns that we were aware of we thought she would be with us for many years; however, in the middle of the night April 11, 2019 she started having seizures and although we got her on meds right away the vet felt she had a brain tumour because of the fast onset, severity and frequency of the seizures, as well as other symptoms she was displaying. Hourly seizures from Saturday evening to Monday morning was just too much for our little one and we had to make the very difficult decision to put her down. She will ever have a special place in our family’s memories and hearts.
