My Loving Loyal Pal Ripley

2008 -2020

Today I said goodbye to my best friend my loving loyal pal who has been with us for 13 years. Ripley was a loyal dog ever since he was a pup he followed me around the house he loved going for walks my god did he ever love going for walks.....I will forever miss that time we spent together.... I remember when we first picked him up we had gotten off the airplane from a family vacation drove home and from home we drove to pick him up and brought him to his forever home. The kids were so excited holding him all the way back to our house... they wouldn’t let him go. Ripley was genuinely a wonderful dog he was always there for me in happy and sad times he always knew when I wasn’t feeling well he could sense it and he was there to comfort us all.

He loved supper time he would be in the kitchen staring at me to open up his food with the cats nearby.

Ripley had difficulty breathing these past few days and I knew he couldn’t fight anymore.... We gave him unconditional love 🤍 throughout his life and he gave me more ♥️ back than anyone can understand..... Writing this post is the most difficult I’ve had to do... He was my pal and my best friend it leaves a whole in my heart knowing we will never see his beautiful face, be able to pat him, hear him bark and tell him it’s ok buddy we know you’ve tired so hard to keep living one more day. I knew it was time to say goodbye and I know we gave him a good life. I hope he didn’t suffer and went to eternal sleep. My heart is breaking so much..., God I loved him and I miss him so much xo 🐾🕊🙏Rest easy forever. Amen. 🙏We love you Ripley. Love always Mom, Dad, Brandon, Joshua, Your cat pals Toby & Mittens
