You came into my life when I needed a companion the most. I didn't realize how much I loved you and missed you until you were gone. I tried to stay brave and keep a straight face, but I, being a 41yr old man, couldn't hold back the tears. You were perhaps the quietest, most reserved cat I've ever known. I'll miss your special greetings, your quivering tail rubbing up against my leg, cuddling with me on my bed, the way you cheered me up even though I was feeling down. The day I let you go, I looked deep into your eyes and whispered that it was OK. We laid you in a special marked grave where I keep a votive candle burning and a special stone in your memory... Say a special hello to Cassie for me. Forever in our hearts and our minds. Rest peacefully, sweet pea. Till we meet again someday on the other side of the Rainbow Bridge. LOVE YOU, always.
