Blu

2001 - 2017

Blu was found as a stray with another dog. He was rescued by Great Lakes Weimaraner Rescue where he went blind due to a hereditary illness. We adopted him along with his new found friend Shadow. He would bump into everything and was the friendliest dog you'd ever meet. He was a sucker for a woman's voice and loved walking almost as much as cuddling with his mom. He rescued us more than we rescued him. He is fondly remembered by everyone that met him and will be sadly missed everyday. Blu, we love you and look forward to the day we are walking the trails all together again.
